Parental FIlters
Are you concerned over the web pages your children (or partner) is viewing while online. Then why not set up Internet Explorer to restrict the content.
A very basic way is to use the Parental Controls built into Internet Explorer. The below article explains how to set this up.

However, this will only work for Internet Explorer and you computer savvy child could just install another web browser.
You can download free software to restrict further.
The above are just a few but there are many more, plus many commercial ones as well.
