Outlook Express not printing subject or email

When printing emails in Outlook Express you may find it isn't printing the header information (date, subject or email address). To correct this try the following:

- Click on "Start" -> "Control Panel "
- "Printers and Faxes"
- "Set printer properties"
- "Advanced"
- "Print Processor"
- Default Data Type should be TEXT and not RAW
