How to Add an Email Address to the Address Book
Question
Outlook Express has a button that enables the sender of an email to be put into the address book.
Is there a similar way to do this with the Addressee of an email without the necessity of filling in the details under 'New Address'? Answer - Open Outlook Express - Click the "Create Message" button - Type the email address in the "To" field - Once the address is typed in keep your finger on the "Alt" button on the keyboard and press the "K" button also on the keyboard
- The email address should now be underlined
- place the mouse cursor over the email address and press the right mouse button. A menu should now appear with the option to "Add to Address Book"
- A new contact menu will now appear with the email address already filled in. You can now fill in the Name fields if you want to.
